What are Disposable Services?

Short Term Event Solutions are one of Inference's specialties. These are natural language speech recognition self service solutions that are designed to handle calls for an event or situation that is only short term, and yet must still provide great customer service and a positive business outcome.
These are services such as one off events, where the service is only required for a matter of weeks or months and the option to an automated service might be to establish a specialist call centre capability for the occaision.

Examples of this sort of occasion might be a one off entertainment event, a product recall, a special announcement or event in the event of a disaster.
