The Inference Store & Branch Locator Module enables callers to locate a desired store or business by calling a single phone number. The caller is able to use any one of multiple search criteria to locate their desired store; e.g. suburb, region or post code.

This solution offers significant value to organizations with multiple shop fronts or branches by making it very easy for customers to contact them. A single number, 24*7 service means that the organization is always available to provide information about, store/branch addresses, opening hours and/or special offers.

This out of the box solution may be implemented as a fully hosted service or as a premise based solution, and it comes pre -packaged with a simple web interface for the management of store/branch data by the business.
