Inference Launches Self Service Survey Module

Inference Communications has leveraged its unique technical capability to develop a self service survey development and deployment tool. This web based tool will allow users to develop sophisticated phone based surveys and deploy them in real time.

What does this mean? It means that users will be able to develop and deploy new surveys everyday of the week if they want to. All the results of these surveys will be available via the same web interface. It has been demonstrated that participation rates in these surveys can be very high and the information gathered is immediate.

Examples of the types of surveys that may be generated include, customer satisfaction, market research, product rating or post call surveys. The surveys may be deployed as "inbound" or "outbound" or via call transfer. The types of questions that may be generated include; Yes/No questions, ranking questions, scoring questions, menu, custom response and many many more.
